I'm damp and gross, but:
Week 2, Day 1: Run 35, push 5
For some reason, it feels like it's just getting harder to do the same thing. 2.75 mph average, rather than 2.8. Some of it, I think, is the weather - grey and wet and thunderous. My knee was much better today, which is good, although I may yet take a break tomorrow and run Th and F, rather than running three days in a row, breaking, and running again on F. I'll see how I feel tomorrow night. But I'm on the right week, at least, and 180 crunches into the week. YAY!
