was a toss up between this one and the one that says "You Have Died of Dysentery." You all are awesome, and I'm aiming for positive, so this one won. :)
Week 11, Day 2: Run 30, walk 1, run 25.
First: HALFWAY THERE, time-wise. Woo! Second: This is the first day where I actively had to force myself to pick up my feet and keep going - as in, thinking about every single step. Not the whole way, but the last fifteen minutes were kind of an experiment in pure evil. (Hence the desire to use the Dysentery icon). Thursday calls for running 40 minutes, and then there's only five sessions between me and running for a full hour, non-stop. That's still a pretty daunting proposition, no lie, but hey - I made it through today, and I'll keep going from there.
The -other- reason for the Dysentery icon? I realized just how insane tomorrow will be. On top of working 9-6, I have a doctor appt at 7:45 AM, a lunch appointment to introduce Molly to the prospective new dog, and obedience class at 7, which means I'll be home around 8:30. Yeep.
